The Maine Development Foundation has launched the Maine Empoyers Initiative. The website includes a variety of resources, including example policies from large employers, an employers' toolkit with information companies can use to guide their employees back to school, and many additional resources.

The Manufacturing Institute: Right Skills Now
The Manufacturing Institute has launched this initiative to help meet employers' needs for highly skilled manufacturing employees. The initiative, currently depolyed at two institutions, allows students to quickly earn college credits and obtain insdustry recognized certificates. To learn more about the initiative, click here.

This organization works to bridge the divide between corporations and the policy world by focusing on issues that affect working families.
